How to cut on iPhone after stuck in recovery

i have a huge problem i put my phone on the charger over the night and when i woke up it had searching signal on and the wifi wouldnt work then i took it off the the charger and it cut off i tried cutting it back on but i wouldnt turn on so i plug it back up and it cut on then i put it in recovery mode then it got stuck and i downloaded tiny umbrella and it took it out of recovery mode. but when i tried cuttting it on the apple sign would show then it will cut off and it kelp on doing this then i tried restoring it but it said it is ineligible to restore it .and tried to cut it on but it kelp on doing the same thing.
