Why is iPhone screen unresponsive and not calibrated after repair

I recently changed my iphone 5 screen after a week or 2 the screen became unresponsive at times and constantly freezing so I decided to replace the screen again but the problem is still there, it seems as If the screen is not calibrated , clicking one thing and another app pops up. I do not think it is an issue with the screen any ideas what it may be
