digitizer/touch is not working

i have an iphone which was not powering on, i have gave the board a chemical clean, now its up an running apart from the digitizer/touch, tried original and new screens, any know what it could be and what to try next?

thanks for replying mate, but ive checked, no visible signs of damage, im starting to think its an ic problem myself like
