Recently my two year old Toshiba Satellite laptop has been feeling hot on the bottom after about an hour of using it. I've noticed that shortly after the bottom heats up my computer will shuts itself down. I am currently using a cooling mat but I am still having this issue. What can I do to prevent this besides using a cooling mat?

Put on a hard surface like a desk if still thermal shutting down either has dist in fan blocking air flow or need to apply new thermal paste to processor
