FD, all three capacitors are 22UF 25V 20% Poly Tantalum Capacitors in a D2 case

D2 is a 7343 case with the 7.3 X 4.3 X 1.9mm dimension. So, those that you picked do not appear to fit sizewise. Something like a Panasonic 25TQC22MV should work for you. Also, remember that there is a reason those caps blew up. Make sure that you determine the cause of that.
