upgrading my MacBook Pro 13"

Hello,

I have a MavBook Pro 13" ( 128 gb ) and want to upgrade it to 256 or 500 if possible.

It's MacBookPro11,1 btw.

I searched online but couldn't find any info about my MacBook. Hopefully anyone can help.
