If your device is not turning on make sure that the battery is fully charged. If not a red light should signal that the power is low. Charge your battery and then try to turn it on again.

First, make sure the battery is inside the device. If it is, check that the batteries are fully charged.
If they are not, try replacing the battery with a new one and try turning it on again.
