I lose my cursor when I open a web browser. I can see hyperlinks highlight as I move my mouse or finger pad but the cursor is not present and I can not see where it is landing. To select items I have to use the touchscreen option, which is becoming annoying and time consuming.
Any ideas?

Sometimes the issue is due to an error with the graphical driver.
You can go on Sony support site and search the latest graphical driver for your laptop.
