NO, they do wile the are on midle housing but once u take them down they are separate parts.

This is not from Galaxy Note 4!
Galaxy Note 4 Touch keys (Multitasking and Back) are located on the charging connector board. Touch keys are betwen LCD glass and midle housing and look's like this
To be clear whare are located capacitive buttons and where is home button
