Why I am not getting default screen
when i switch on the phone i am getting screen having only nokia icon .

You need to reset your phone. Here is a link that shows you how to do it.
Be aware that a hard reset will erase all of your downloaded apps and user data.

I have the same problem and the sign cant go why?????
Try power on button together with volume down, after vibration then release the keys after you see this sign(!).
Follow this steps: volume up , volume down, power on, volume down. Wait for the phone to restart
