Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons.When you see the Galaxy logo release only the Power button. then when you see the android system recover release the buttons . Then select reboot system ,now use the power button to select it. If it doesn't work let us know

I tried but it did not turn on but it said " WARNING.

a custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications.

if you want to download custom OS, press the volume up key.

otherwise, press the volume down key to cancel."

Then i press the volume key down, it blacks out, then i repeat this routine for a few times, it does the same thing over and over again.

For my samsung A5 (2017) worked to hold volum down and power buttons

my samsung a5 2016 was not working properly and sensor was also not working ok. then i restarted the mobile and it went custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications.

if you want to download custom OS, press the volume up key.

otherwise, press the volume down key to cancel."

i did the same but still not working , now i am charging it for the last 1 and half hours still giving sign of battry temperature low please help me please
