Try a hard reset on your tablet.
Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your downloaded apps and user data. It will restore your tablet to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
Back up your tablet first using the tablet's backup feature.
Before you perform a hard reset ensure that the tablet's battery is charged.
Do not perform a hard reset with the charger connected.
Once a hard reset has been performed you can restore your tablet to what it was using the backup you made. However it may be that you will reintroduce the problem by doing this, if it was a downloaded app or user defined setting that caused the problem in the first place.
