Hello
Hopefully someone can help
My iPhone 5 loudspeaker is fine when listening to music or watching videos
But on phone calls its doesn't work well and sometimes not at all
I thought they were the same thing
Can anyone assist me please

Hello Lee Ball,
That can sometimes be caused by a software issue. Back up all the data and preform a DFU restore. Follow the instructions here; iPhone 4 / 4S / 5 / 5S / 5c / 6 / 6S - how to flash from DFU mode. Password recovery.

Is that when someone call you and you answer on loud speaker then is not working well?

When you put your phone up to your ear when you pick up a call, can you hear?
Or is the issue that you can't hear when you press the "Speaker" button in a call?

Yes when you press the speaker button. Holding to your ear is fine
That's y I can't work it out as loudspeaker works for music

Ok so that sounds like software because the hardware of the louadspeaker(bottom) is working and the ear speaker also works.
Try a hard reset. Press home and power buttons until the device restarts.
