i accidently uninstall iptv client and needs to reinstall to run my xbmc.

Have you considered installing Kodi? Kodi v18.0 Leia or Kodi v18.1 Leia would be the best option for you. Or you may try to setup IPTV on Apple TV using Stalker App. Here’re a couple of useful resources:
