Why have my windows in my car stopped working

That happens a lot to Toyota Camery's. The motors either stop working or the Windows fall out of the rails and get stuck. The motors are rather expensive and the service if you do not do it yourself will probably run you from 300 to 600 dollars depending on whats wrong. to do it yourself you will need to remove the cushioned cover off the door and it is held by plastic placement knobs that are easy to break or they will break the paper slots of the cushioned door cover. There will also be a plastic wrap behind the car door cushion which covers the doors innards this will have to be removed to access the window parts. There should be You Tube videos of the repair of a door window so please search for one and watch it before you try to repair it yourself.
