Printer is not working
Print-outs are not proper .... Ink is spread all over.

If you have software for your printer(disc inside the box)you could try the option to realign the head of the printer. If that dosen't work try different ink cartridges, if it still has problems have the bay and or printhead replaced or repaired. Hope this helps
