Touch screen unresponsive digitizer?
The lower part of the screen doesn't take input, so I can't unlock it by swiping. What is the repair?

Digitizer replacement. The good news is those displays are pretty darn cheap and the repair isn't super complicated.
I don't think the LTE is much different than the 4G.
