4 Why is my Roku streaming low quality videos?
The shows and movies I am watching on Netflix have very low video quality even though my Roku 3 is connected to high-speed internet.

Other people may be using your network. Heavy network traffic can cause everyone on the network to experience a slower connection. If you know someone else is streaming videos or downloading content, that would be the most likely cause of your low quality.

If internet speed or connection are not the issues, then the application’s servers may be under a heavy load.
