My HTC ONE M9 digitizer cracked mysteriously.

Hello, today my M9 was going crazy while scrolling throgh Instagram and after I restarted my device it was doing the same thing, so I installed a touch screen tester and I saw that I was having a little crack right by the volume down button in the digitizer. I've dropped my phone a couple of month ago, but it was with a case and a tempered glass screen protector on it. I want to say that the glass isn't cracked, and I've also lost my warranty. Is the display assembly fused toghether?

Yeah it pretty much is. Fused really well. You will have to replace the screen to fix that problem. I recommend buying with screen with frame as it's really hard to remove the LCD without making cosmetic damage on the frame.

I really have no idea how the digitizer layer would crack inside the screen. Because the frame and LCD are very sturdy for original, OEM, never repaired HTC One M9.

You can use this guide to disassemble the phone to the screen, though I only recommend doing for the black / darker colors because on the gold one the finish on the gold color can be scraped off to black when removing the LCD:
