I try using my front facing camera but no image is displayed. I have tried switching my device on and off, but just a black screen display appears. My device is still good and I hope to still be fix this issue.

First, you want to make sure that the lens area is not being covered by any objects or dirt. Clean the area properly by wiping with a cloth.
