I have yoga 3 11.6" the touch screen scratched on the right corner while falling on the floor.
It still working but the outer glass is getting apart .
Where can I find a replacement and where there is instruction how to repair it ?

On p.46 it details the pre-requisites and procedures for removing the LCD module.
On p.62 it shows an exploded view of the LCD module. The touchscreen and the LCD screen are considered to be one unit by Lenovo as there are no separate part listings as shown on p.63
If you search online using just the part number only 5D10H29301, (do not add Lenovo or Yoga 3 to the search term, it will give you skewed results) you will get suppliers of the part. It isn't cheap!
