touch keypad to sensitive

When using the touch keypad on the phone the characters jump to the small figures on the button often. Is there any way to stop this?

Hi,

Try adjusting the Touch and Hold Delay setting to see if this resolves your problem.

Go to Home > Settings > Accessibility > Dexterity and Interaction > Touch and Hold Delay select desired time

No that did not help. put it up to 1.5 seconds and it made no difference.
