Hi,
Check that you have the video, audio recording option enabled.
Go to Home > Applications > Camera > select Video Mode > Settings > Setup > Audio Recording > select enable option
If the audio recording option was disabled. enabling this option will not give you audio on videos that you have previously recorded, only on videos recorded after you have enabled the option.

What do you mean when you say go to home?

That means the home screen, as shown in the device image above, top right of page
I don't see the "Setup" button anywhere
