The USB charge port on most Kyocera phones is surface mounted onto the systemboard. From the description that you have given as yours is missing its' connectors it will have to be replaced.

Have some appropriate tools to be able to open up the phone so as to gain access to the systemboard.

Need to source the exact USB connector type, as to configuration and tethering to replace your faulty port.
