Thomas Ross, The dopo site 1st link, does recommend doing a factory reset when you run into charge/battery issues, from the link you can download your manual if need be for factory reset instruction. If you have already tried that and know the battery needs replaced find below 2nd link guides on how to replace battery(select your model) for appropriate guide. 3rd link is just 1 of many sites offering replacement batteries. Do a google or Bing search for your make, model#, replacement battery for better pricing or use the # right off the battery possibly.
