Hi,
It seems as though there is no power available to the oven.
Have you checked that the power outlet that the oven is connected to is working correctly? Try connecting another electrical appliance e.g. a hair dryer perhaps, to check it works OK.
If the outlet is working, then as there could be several reasons why the oven is not working, (faulty plug, cord, switch, control board, just to name some) it will have to be opened up and the problem diagnosed as to the cause.
If you are not sure of what you would be looking for, you could try opening the oven here is how and then taking some close up pictures of the control board and posting back here so that someone may spot the problem (if it is on the control board that is) and advise on a repair. Be safety aware if you decide to do this. Ensure that the power cord is totally disconnected from the power outlet and that it is NEVER plugged in when the oven is disassembled as there are lethal voltages present inside the oven when the power is connected.
Alternatively you could contact a reputable, professional electronics repair service and ask for a quote for a repair to the oven.

Thank you!! I was about to return it with the kettle I had. It didn’t even occur to me that it could’ve been the electricity fuse!! Haha!

There is always a reason why a power fuse fails.
Check that either the toaster oven or the kettle were not the cause of the problem of the fuse operating. Test one at a time to see if they both work OK and that the fuse holds.
there is, in the line (120v) after the cord enters the unit ( door switch operating unit) a fuse/thermal cut out if defective ( over time current & heat will cause to fail) ~ this can be checked ~ power disconnected or course ~ for continuity If defective just replace ~ if you can find replacement. Should be 120v and possibly rated at 500 degrees c
I've had it for only 3 years. It comes on but no heat and no light.

What is the model number of the toaster if not the same as on this page?
Power available on the toaster but not heating indicates a problem with either the heater element or the heater element’s power circuit, i.e. selector switch, thermostat or wiring

The model number is T04211SKT
Will not buy Black & Decker Model TO20505, can not be repaired per Kathie at the parts & accessory department‼️
I was told it could be a fuse however kathie said that oven can not be repaired. Had it for only 2yrs and 10 mons‼️
model number is t032177ss. Unit will heat for toast, but oven temp & air fry modes get no heat or power light

Hi I have a oven toaster the light won't come on neither get hot we plug it and get power but the light won't come on at all

please follow answer posted 09/08/2019 ~ problem is a fuse/thermal cutout called a thermistor replace with 120v/500deg
