Water too hot for Gaggia classic espresso
The water comes out at steam temp, not normal water temp. Is the temp regulator or thermostat broken?

I have a similar problem. I have to turn it off before it overheats & makes an incredible racquet.
Also I can't use the steaming wand as the pressure gets so high it blows the wand off like a bullet & scares the bejesus out of me.
