I have an alien ware by Dell laptop 2 or three years old , I plugged it in hit the alien head power button and it beeps 4 times then pauses and repeats

4 beeps is a RAM issue.
Open up the laptop's RAM compartment and reseat the RAM.
i.e. Take them out and put them back in or switch slots.

I have 2 with same issues…the 4 beeps and blank screen! 9DYS462 service tag and DPN= F7MWGA01DPC Reg=P43F
the newer one the numbers are blurred but it has DPN=M19D7 A00

I know the screen cable is toast on the P43 and was on its way out on the P31…are any parts on these units interchangeable? Can I swap the Ram out? One working device will suffice at present…thank you for your time and efforts in helping all of us…much appreciated.
Iv tried switching spots with my ram and even put in different ram and it still does it what am I doing wrong?
