The sd slot cannot open. I have not used it since purchasing the device.

Presumably when you push in the pin to release the tray, nothing happens, is this correct?

Thanks, I was not pushing hard enough because I didn't want to damage the phone. I realize that you just have to apply enough force to pop it out.
