Most recent update prevents screen from turning on
It's been a few months, but the last time I updated my laptop it refused to turn on, and I have no clue on what to do. Or how to fix it.

You could try this....

Note this will clear any files you may have stored locally on your chromebook (downloads folder) and it will be like it was when you first got it. Also I hope you remember your google login/password or don't mind creating a new one.
