Screen wont react to finger
Will the lcd work if i swipe it? No reaction on the ipad. Unsure if its a new lcd ir glass that i need

I believe you asked this question yesterday. The LCD is just for displaying the image, avoid touching it as it can be hard to clean (a lenspen works well) and scratches easily. The touch capability is provided by the digitizer (front glass).
If you are having issues with touch, either your replacement digitizer is defective or you damaged the flex/connectors. Closely inspect your work by following this guide.
