If your Echo device is unresponsive , or something went wrong with your device, you can reset your device. After resetting, you need to register it to an Amazon account and enter any device settings to use it again.
Use a paper clip to press and hold reset button at the base of your device. After few minutes to press and hold reset button the light ring on your Echo device turns orange, and then blue.
Wait until the light ring to turn off and on again. When your device enters setup mode, it shows orange light.
Open the Alexa app to connect echo device to a Wi-Fi network and register it to your Amazon account.
