Why Is The Camera Failing on Samsung S7

Hello,

someone has brought me a phone that cannot load the camera. It says "Warning: camera failed" .

The camera comes up on selfie with no option to switch it to the back camera, it just says failed and when I press okay it closes the app.

What is going on here? Has anyone had this issue before?

Please help me fix it.
