Rear brake lights, turn signals, and back up lights not working

I have a '98 Chevy Silverado K1500 that's having rear light issues. The brake lights, turn signals, and back up lights stopped working. It doesn't matter if the lights are on or off. However, when I turn the lights on, my tail lights come on and stay on until I turn them off. My third brake light is also working regardless of the lights being on our off. I have checked the fuses under the dash and the few under the hood as well as replaced all the rear bulbs with no improvement. Any ideas, suggestions, or solutions?

I have 1999 chev suburban I have running light all the way a round brake and turn on all but right rear I have replaced the light bulb and the board and the turn relay flasher and still not working on my right

Anyone happen to find out the solution? I just bought a 94 k2500 suburban that doesn't have any rear lights other than running lights and can't find out what the issue is.

@cornbread1972 to many lights that are not directly connected that are not working. You do want to check the rear light assembly and check for good ground on it. Check for corrosion and double check the wiring harness. Check with a multimeter if you get power to the individual cables.
