If it says that (and where are you getting this information) it is wrong or you have given us the wrong machine. There have been no RAM slots on the MacBook Pro Retina machines after they started in mid 2012.

From the system information, is MacBook Pro retina 13 early 2015, processor 2.7 with Intel i5

Here is the information on your specific machine:

And as I stated, it says:

Standard RAM: 8 GB* Maximum RAM: 16 GB*

Details: *8 GB of RAM is onboard by default, but it could be upgraded to 16 GB at the time of purchase at additional cost. RAM cannot be upgraded

tarafından

So that means only I can upgrade by Apple?

It is not possible to replace the RAM on retina machines.

The "slots" you see on the system status are logical, not physical. The RAM chips are actually directly soldered on the board and connected to the 2 memory interfaces.

It's not possible to upgrade a MacBook Pro early 2015. The RAM is soldered on to the logicboard.

Is what I found isn’t possible, but on the system information say has two slots with 4GB each and I’m wonder if I can or not

The system information shows you the build in slots.

There´s no way to change the RAM. If there are any other informations about to change or upgrade the RAM - thats wrong. U can´t upgrade. IMO apple know´s it at the best.

RAM is used in Banks! So what you are seeing is the bank layout of the RAM (one Bank or two banks loaded).

Your memory is soldered to the logic board it's not serviceable RAM in a socket like other systems have (even older MacBook systems).

Your only option is to do a logic board swap out which is quite expensive!
