dstosser what have you checked? your mower uses a transaxle so you may have issues with that. If you can take a look at it and see if you can find some identifier of the transaxle, we can probably find the manual.

You may have roasted the hydrostatic drive belt on that wheel

you mean inside its casing b/c the belt from motor runs both wheels it looked like , my one wheel spins freely all the time while other works fine
