My MagSafe 2 connecter is heating so much and i found that it cause by pins that stuck a little bit. I wanted to fix it, but couldn't disassembly with pliers. How can i fix it with/without disassembly?

Use a wooden tooth pick and push the pins in and let them out several times. Did you spill anything into them?

It didn't help. No, just bought old mac.
I read somewhere that it cause by spring that does not unclench. Tomorrow will try buy isopropyl alcohol and clean with it. Is it disassemblable without destroying it?
Actually after charging battery it feels fine, but about that pin worried.
I know of no way to open it.

I don’t know if its still relevant but i had a similar problem, where the cable shorted out but the AC adapter and the connector were in okay condition.
I was able to separate the connector using a hot air gun at 250 C. After heating the connector for about a minute i used two pliers to pull it apart.

the cable came off easily with a soldering iron after this was diassembled
heated it to 200 and didnt work
bumped temp to 250 and managed to take it off, thank you!!
Good job, like it. What did you use ? Paintstripping gun or something more appropriate, since you mention an exact temperature?
@mikeb44808 Many of the higher priced, precision heat guns offer the option to set it to a specific temperature, unlike our Harbor Freight guns that give you a choice of hot or really hot.

I have, with a hammer, a screwdriver, and a vise (next time, I would try heat), gotten the outer covering of the connector off. There looks to be no non-destructive way to disassemble further to access the pins.

Where to buy just the connector and cable? That will sort most problems

So any cable you might find are keyed for a given wattage, unless you match it you can harm your system!
I would just buy a new MagSage charger as the smarter thing here! Now where you buy it is also now more important than before! Apple has stopped blocking shipments of knockoff chargers which now puts your system at risk as many are so bad they will kill your system too! 90 % or more of the units offered on Amazon or eBay are knockoffs! Get a REAL Apple unit either from an Apple Store or authorized dealer or on Apples web site MagSafe Power Adapters
Its pretty hard to justify a new charger for a 7 year old perfectly fine Macbook. Apple just charge around 70 Euros here, way too much for something that fails regularly. I have fixed several chargers and many cables. The quality is just not there.
You can cut the metal brace left and right that connects the + wires to the outside casing, and then slide the inside out of the casing. Make sure to first remove the glue carefully with a small flathead screwdriver.
It is very easy to put some solder on the metal brace you cut and the connection will be fine afterwards.

I tried to open the magsafe connector also, but that was not successful yet! Will be trying heat next. Here are some pics of how I tried it.

This is the end result
support the connector by the sides. These 2 clips are from a picture frame, but were too springy and jumping all over the place.
Found a thin steel bracket from a hard disk mounting in a pc, bent it in a U-shape. Put a pair of normal pliers to catch the edge and hammered it with nylon hammer.
But all this failed, even after brute force. So heat is next. But won’t the heat gun melt the led and even solder?
Suggestions welcome!
David @mrpicklesauce , where did you put the pliers / what type did you use, the edge is small and in my earlier attempt it kept slipping off.

I used needle nose pliers, one to hold the magsafe connector close to the bottom (cable end) while heating, and another needle nose plier to pull the inside / magnet part. It takes a bit of time and patience the heat it up, but when its nice and hot, it comes apart relatively easily. Hope this helps
Just do it the other way around, with the cable end up. Put the connector in the vice the other way around, so the outer case rests on the vice. It's important not to clamp the inside in the vice, just make sure it can still slide out. Then take a screwdriver with a torx bit that fits inside the cable sleeve and use a hammer to softly hammer the inside out the outside. Heating it may help, but in my case it wasn't needed.

Time for a new MagSafe charger if you can't fix the pins as Mayer outlined.
Do make sure you get a REAL Apple unit as the fakes look exactly the same! Friends don’t let friends buy fake Apple chargers and Find the right power adapter and cable for your Mac notebook
