I want to change the power switch
the power button is not switching on the tab and the volume control is not working also.

Do you mean that the tablet turns off or just that the screen turns off?
If the screen turns off , go into settings and find the display time out setting and adjust it to suit whatever time you want.
If the tablet turns off, try using it with the power adapter connected and see if the tablet stays on

Your first question here on ifixit said that the tablet kept turning off, not that it wouldn't turn on.
Which is it?
Did you try the second part of the answer below?
If the tablet is not turning on how do you know that the volume control is not working?
