My monitor is double imaging pictures jumping with horizontal lines problem

Ruby Sahu  since you already tried a different monitor and different cables, the issue will be inside your monitor. It is possible that this is caused by a bad video scaler on your board. You will have to disassemble it and take a look at the board for obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors. Post some images of the board with yuor question so that we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Also, post some pictures of what your dispaly shows hen you start it up. It is possible that this is caused by a bad LCD driver board,. Replacement panels are available but a bit expensive. Let us know what exact model your monitor is.
