Car radio is on but no sound
There is no sound when I turn the car radio on, but when I play a CD there is sound.

i done a repair like this 2 days ago the chip in the photo was replaced and it worked

Is that a car radio?
yea its just the circuit board. but this had the same issue as you mentioned. it would play sound for cds and nothing for normal radio
