My Tom Tom will not charge
The charger cable is working, as I have checked on another device, however the TomTom will not charge or even turn on.

It looks like battery issues are common on that model. If it is within warranty, they should replace it. However, if you are outside of warranty, this video show how to replace the battery.

The Tom Tom model is Start 25. There is no re-set button on this model unfortunately.
