Any major home improvement store has a set of hardware drawers. Take the unit with and have a clerk help you.

If you've lost the unit (screw), you have nothing to take with you. So???
All you have to do is go to the Ring website, and you can get them. And since Amazon owns Ring, you can them there, too.
