What are some places I can get a sims card and a memory card.

The watch support a micro SD Card up to 32GB.

These are available from retailers who sell electronic devices, phones/tablets /cameras etc. Some supermarkets even have them as well.

The watch uses a micro SIM card.

Be aware though that it only supports 2G mobile phone services i.e. GSM 850/900/1800/1900, not 3G or 4G or LTE So check that the mobile phone service provider that you select provides a 2G service for your location.
