1 Any fix to the rattle of mac air fan?
My Mac Air model is A1465, the early 2015 one.
Not long ago, I replaced the Mac Air keyboard on my own, I unscrewed the phillips screw of the fan for the sake of cleaning while I’m at it.
Afterwards, the fan problem came.
At first, it was a ticking sound coming out. With the use of Macs Fan Control, I found out the problem arose from the fact that the fan was not spinning at all.
After some investigation, I detected that the noise of the fan seems to be correlated to the tightness of the philips screw fastening the cover of the fan to the fan.
If I loosen the philips screw slightly to the right extent, the fan resumes spinning and works perfectly quiet even at its max rpm without the lower case. Unfortunately, if the lower case is screwed in the next step, it seems that some pressure is placed on the fan and the fan becomes generating a rattle, which is much more disturbing than the ticking sound. Good thing is the spinning of the fan is alright.
I have tried to adjust the tightness of the phillips screw of the fan cover as well as the P5 screw of the lower case countless times but nothing stops the rattling noise.
If anyone know what happens in this case and how to fix it, please kindly tell me!!

It was indeed the problem of a bad fan as the fan cover was distorted in shape. Case settled after the fan was replaced. Thanks for all the comment and help.
