Hey how can I remove these pieces

Hello everyone,

i am trying to remove the very bottom piece and knob (bottom on the side of the watch, and I can’t figure out how to take it off. Can someone please help me?

Hey quick question. For some reason the piece does not pop out for me and it looks that mine has a metal ring located around it that is not there in the pictures. Do you happen to know anything about the removal of that piece
