Radiator fan stays on full blast. Really loud

2012 Ford F-150. Immediately after I turn on AC(even if car has been sitting all night and it’s cold outside) the radiator cooling fans come on full blast. It’s very loud, almost sounds like a jet engine. It stays on that loud entire time ac is on. Comes off about a minute after I shut off ac. If I don’t turn on ac and let car get up to operating temperature by driving the fan kicks on but it’s not loud at all and kicks off shortly after it cools engine. The radiator made this loud noise a couple months ago and I noticed I was low on coolant. Filled it up and problem went away. Yesterday it started again with excessively loud fan but coolant is full. Any suggestions are appreciated
