From what I’ve read in the comments, I would try to address the issue with the anit theft device. If it’s too expensive or difficult, you could invest in a battery tender. Some will have an attachment that bolts to the battery leads so you can quickly connect and disconnect it. jeffrey diamond is it being charged? How do you know that it is draining? what have you checked? what exact year and model is this?

I have a tracker fitted. Apparently the old ones used to have a small lead-acid standby battery so thieves cannot stop the tracker by disconnecting the main battery. This battery is constantly charged from the main battery, whether the car is running or not. Not a problem when the small battery is functional, but when it dies the system can attempt to charge the fully discharged battery, draining the main battery much quicker - sometimes within a week. The only real solution is to go to the tracker supplier to try to find the hidden device or to consult a thief... I have a good smart charger, and I charge all my vehicles and emergency light batteries in rotation - the cars that I am not currently using about every week.
