Scanned documents are off centre
I have a new Epson WF 7715 and when I scan an A4 document it produces an off centre scan, with part of the side of the page cut off. The guides are centralised, and I can’t find any way to fix it. Would appreciate any help

Have you selected the correct paper size setting for the size paper that is loaded?
Does this also occur when copying a document?
Does this occur when using the printer's control panel to scan a document or only if using the computer's printer software to scan a document?
