GPS pick up problems

I have a TomTom Go 530. Since the number date roll over release from TomTom was installed my device needs to be constantly reset.

It will only pick up gps outside and will not find gps while in the vehicle any more. Worked fine until the roll over date in April.

TomTom don’t reply to questions.

Has anyone any suggestions please or is it a faulty update causing us to buy a new model??
