My phone is stuck with an image of the charger and the iTunes logo.At the top of the screen it then says support.apple.com/iPhone/restore can you help please??

Try getting you device out of recovery mode and see if it boots.
1. Unplug the device from the USB cable.
2. Hold down the sleep/wake (or Side, depending on your model) button until the iPhone turns off, then let it go.
3. Hold it down again until the Apple logo reappears.
4. Let go of the button and see if the device will start up.

Did that Already & the phone screen said “iPhone disabled try ag in 15 minutes”

I hit the volume up and then volume down and then held downnthe power button until the apple logo popped up and i was good to go

Your Apple ID is your email address...perhaps it's your Apple Password that you forgot, in which case you are totally screwed.

I have the same problem with my iPhone 6 s and found out that the motherboard is broken, try to find a cheap iPhone 6S with 128gb and change the motherboard on my own, the phone is broken anyway. A dealer want 200$ to change it.

Me Too! my phone is connected to pc and I've tried to update and restore with iTunes but after it extracts and tries to update windows 10 or iTunes stops talking through USB causing my phone to disconnect. And Yes I've restarted and reinstalled iTunes. Apple mobile se4rvice and the other one are both running. I just don't get it. I think windows 1903 update has messed my pc up. My HDMI only has audio no video. Internet browser causes a blue screen of death. and it will just hang up sometime. Now I don't have my phone. Please help me!! Thanks.
